What is your warranty policy?

All purchases are covered by:
• Portable tubs: 1-year warranty
• Standard tubs: 2-year warranty
• Chillers: 1-year warranty
• Sauna Blanket: 1-year warranty
• Sauna Steamer : 1-year warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 40-day Satisfaction Guarantee: if your product arrives damaged or defective, or you’re unhappy with it, please email us at support@frostonic.com.We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/return.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes. Returns are accepted under certain conditions.

What is the optimal cold plunging temperature for me?
Most people benefit from 50–59°F (10–15°C).Beginners may start warmer and gradually lower the temperature as their body adapts.
What benefits of using ice bathing?
Cold plunging may help reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, improve circulation, boost mood, and support mental resilience.

Hot Sauna
Below are some common questions regarding hot sauna.
Can I use use sauna product while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend using this device if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
It has not been tested in these circumstances, so the potential risks are unknown.
How long should I stay inside a sauna session?
For most users, 15–20 minutes per session is recommended. Beginners may start with 8–10 minutes and gradually increase as they build tolerance. Always listen to your body and exit if you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or overheated.
Can using a sauna help with recovery after workouts?
Yes.
Saunas can increase circulation, relax muscles, and help reduce post-exercise soreness. The heat promotes faster recovery by delivering oxygen-rich blood to tired muscles and aiding in the removal of metabolic waste.
Are there any health conditions where using a sauna is not recommended?
People with heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or those who are pregnant should avoid sauna use unless cleared by a healthcare professional.
