Order Confirmation & Processing

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful placement.
  • Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing, depending on stock availability.
  • A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Unless otherwise specified in your order, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 40-day return window for eligible items, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • A 13% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  • Return shipping charges will be communicated once your return request is initiated.
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for us to inspect the returned item(s).
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Transit Responsibility

  • We regret that we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages that occur during transit.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • Orders that fail to deliver on the first attempt due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping costs and delivery delays.
