Order Confirmation & Processing
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful placement.
- Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing, depending on stock availability.
- A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Shipping Charges
- Unless otherwise specified in your order, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 40-day return window for eligible items, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
- A 13% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- Return shipping charges will be communicated once your return request is initiated.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for us to inspect the returned item(s).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Transit Responsibility
- We regret that we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages that occur during transit.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- Orders that fail to deliver on the first attempt due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping costs and delivery delays.
