Warranty Policy

Warranty Overview

Frostonic warrants that the Frostonic Cold Tub Standard is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Frostonic may, at its discretion:

  • Repair defective components,
  • Replace defective components with new, factory-refurbished, or re-manufactured parts

Replacement components are warranted only for the remainder of the original coverage term.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • improper installation or set-up
  • lack of proper maintenance or improper filtration
  • chemical misuse or incorrect water chemistry
  • lime scale or mineral buildup
  • electrical issues caused by improper power supply or unauthorized modification
  • operating without sufficient water
  • freezing damage due to insufficient protection
  • modification or alteration of any kind
  • wear and tear from normal usage
  • commercial overuse beyond normal gym/fitness studio standards
  • acts of nature (including but not limited to flooding, lightning, power surges, etc.)

The warranty will be void if maintenance protocols are not followed as instructed in the operating manual.

Exclsuions

This warranty does not cover:

  • service labor or travel costs
  • transportation, shipping, or freight fees
  • removal and/or re-installation labor
  • access work required to reach the unit
  • replacement filters or routine consumables
  • aesthetic deterioration over time
  • water damage to surrounding structures or flooring
  • downtime, loss of use, or loss of business income
  • incidental or consequential damages of any kind
Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty validity, the owner must:

  • follow the Frostonic operating manual
  • maintain proper water chemistry
  • clean or replace filtration components as instructed
  • operate the unit under appropriate environmental conditions
  • ensure proper and grounded electrical connection
  • use only approved accessories

Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions may result in loss of warranty eligibility.

Improper Use

Warranty is void if:

  • the unit is operated dry
  • damage occurs due to freezing
  • incorrect chemicals are used
  • unauthorized repairs or modifications are attempted
  • corrosive or abrasive cleaning products are used
  • unapproved accessories are attached
